Q: Do you offer any referral discounts? 
Answer: Yes, we do! 90% of our business is word of mouth. We value our customers and appreciate it when they recommend us to their friends, associates, and family. After the prospective client you refer pays in full for a service, we offer a 10% referral discount to you on your next service. Just make sure the person you refer mentions your name when they book with us so we can apply the discount to your accounts. Q: What types of events do you specialize in photographing? 
Answer: We specialize in capturing various events, including weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and more. Our experienced photographers have the skills and equipment to capture stunning photos of your special day.

Q: Do you offer corporate rates? How flexible is the company in meeting our branding requirements and corporate standards?
A: Yes, we offer corporate rates that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Q: How will you work on-site at our company location? Can you capture both headshots and event photography?
Answer: We understand that your time is valuable, and we strive to make the photography process as seamless and efficient as possible. We will work with you to schedule a time and location that works best for your team, whether it's at your office or an event venue. Our experienced photographers are equipped with the latest technology and lighting equipment to ensure that we capture the highest quality photos, whether it's headshots or event photography. Q: What type of camera and gear do you use?
Answer: We use professional-grade Sony mirrorless cameras and lenses, which allow us to capture stunning, high-quality images with ease. We set ourselves apart by shooting each picture at a whopping 42MP per image. That ensures your pictures are of the highest quality that exceeds industry standards. Our camera system includes all the necessary focal lengths and lighting equipment to capture your event in any lighting condition. Rest assured that we have the right tools and expertise to deliver exceptional results that will exceed your expectations. Q: How long does it take to receive my photos? 
Answer: We understand that receiving your photos in a timely manner is essential, which is why we typically deliver them within 2-3 weeks after your event. Our team carefully edits each photo to ensure they look their absolute best before delivering them.

Q: Do you offer custom packages? 
Answer: Yes! We understand that every event is unique, which is why we offer custom packages tailored to your specific needs. Whether you need additional coverage time, a second photographer, or any other special requests, we can work with you to create a package that fits your budget and vision.

Q: Can I request specific shots or poses? 
Answer: Absolutely! We want to ensure you get the shots you've been dreaming of, so we encourage you to share any specific requests or ideas you may have with us. We'll work with you to make sure your vision is brought to life. We also specialize in making you feel comfortable and after a consultation, we will identify a number of poses to help you get the perfect look on your big day!

Q: What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my event? 
Answer: While we can't control the weather, we do have experience working in all types of conditions. Our team will come prepared with backup equipment and creative ideas to make sure that you still receive beautiful photos, rain or shine.

Q: How many photos can I expect to receive? 
Answer: The number of photos you'll receive will depend on the length of your event and the package you choose. Typically, we deliver a minimum of 30 or more photos per hour of coverage. However, we prioritize quality over quantity and make sure that every photo we provide is a keeper.

Q: What is your cancellation policy? 
Answer: We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. As long as you let us know at least two weeks before your event, we'll refund your deposit in full. If it's within two weeks of your event, we'll do our best to work with you to reschedule or offer a partial refund.

Q: Do you offer military discounts? 
Answer: Yes, CCP is a veteran-owned company and we proudly offer 10% military discounts to all active-duty and retired military personnel. We appreciate your service and sacrifice to our country and want to show our gratitude by providing a discount on all of our services. Please contact us for more information on our military discount program.

Q: Do you offer payment plans? 
Answer: We require a deposit to secure your booking, with the remainder due before the day of the shoot. However, we understand that everyone's financial situation is different, and we're happy to discuss the same. If you cannot pay the final amount, we will hold on to your rough drafts and begin the editing and delivery process after receiving the full payment.

Q: Do you offer retouching or editing services? 
Answer: Yes, we offer retouching and editing services to ensure your images look their best. This includes color correction, exposure adjustments, and minor blemish removal. For headshots, we do deep editing and spend an average of 20 minutes per picture to ensure you look your best. 

Q: Do you provide prints or albums in addition to digital files? 
Answer: We offer digital copies only of your files. After capturing your event, we will send you a secure and shareable cloud-based file with all your edited pictures. You can select the print house of your choice for hard copies.
